Tom Jackson – VP of Business Development
Tom has a record of success in bringing value and profitability to Fortune 500 industry leaders, i.e., McDonald’s, KFC, Taco Bell, Quiznos Sub, Jack in the Box, Arby’s, Dunkin’ Brands, Circle K and Walgreen’s.  Tom has over 25 years of professional experience in Franchise sales and Brand licensing responsibility.    Tom has managed investment portfolios of over $400M and opened 900+ stores across the United States.  Throughout Tom’s professional career, he negotiated contracts and leases with commercial, retail, industrial, office developers, property owners and portfolio managers to acquire sites for various projects across the United States.

Todd White – Director of Operations
Todd comes to Emerald P.I., Inc. with over 23 years of experience in security and law enforcement. Todd started his own security company in Nebraska, which he successfully operated for 13 years before selling it. Todd later became the Director of Operations for Public Safety Services, which was purchased by Yale Enforcement. Todd became the Branch Manager for Yale Enforcement in Lincoln, Nebraska.  Todd later moved to Houston, Texas, where he served as the Houston Branch Manager and Austin Area Director.

Anna D. Moore – Principal Owner/Partner

Anna and her two partners opened Emerald P.I., Inc. in Austin, Texas over 11 years ago – in August 1998.  Anna is the principal owner of Emerald P.I., Inc. and oversees payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, insurance, taxes and all other financial matters.  Anna’s vision is to grow the company while giving back to the community. 

Kevin Moore – Owner/Partner
Kevin has over 21 years experience in the security and law enforcement industry.  Prior to his involvement with Emerald P.I., Inc., Kevin worked 9 years with the Travis County Sheriff Department where he became a licensed police officer and licensed police instructor.  Kevin has 13 years experience in contract security and is one of the founding owners/partners of Emerald P.I., Inc.

Dan E. Howard – Owner/Partner
Dan has 35 years experience in the security and law enforcement industry.  Prior to his tenure with Emerald P.I., Inc., Dan served 23 years in corporate security at International Business Machines. While working at IBM, Dan attended the Austin Police Academy and became a Texas Licensed Police Officer, achieving the rank of sergeant.
